SPIF245A: USB/eSATA to dual-SATA Storage Controller (Simple/JOB)
The SunplusIT SPIF245A is a high performance, low power chip design for entry-level external storage product.
The SPIF245A has an advanced SunplusIT S+core7 32 bit processor. It has an USB 2.0 device port and 3 Serial ATA ports to support JBOD and Simple feature.
SPIF245A also offers standard interface like I2C, UART, and SPI. Customers could use the interface to connect encryption, fingerprint, UWB… to make more reliable product.
